I was pleasantly surprised when he answered his phone on my first call, and very happy that he could meet me on the same day. Upon meeting him, it became obvious to me that Brad not only presents and carries himself like a professional, but he had already researched my condo, come up with a price point, and thought up a sales tactic that would keep my unit in a high visibility position. Two days later, upon realizing how quickly the market was moving in my area, he contacted me and recommended that I increase the asking price by a significant amount if I wasn't in a hurry to sell, or keep it at our previously discussed price if I needed to move the condo quickly. Thankfully, I chose to take his advice, and increase the price.
