Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Brad was nurtured with the ideals and values of “Minnesota Nice” and he continues to operate with that foundation, while incorporating his personal philosophy of “Kaizen,” or never-ending continuous improvement.
Brad has earned a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice while majoring in Psychology and Latin American Studies. He also holds a degree in Law Enforcement and an Associates of Arts degree, and during his time at Century College, Brad was named Sociology Student of the Year, President of the Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice Association, and President of the French Club.
Formerly, a tennis teaching pro at The Apex of Human Performance, Brad has trained individuals from 8-80. This ultimately led to his selection as the first Head Coach of the East Ridge Raptors Boy’s High School tennis program whereby he developed a “no cut policy” thus assuring that all children, no matter their ability or whether they were cut from another sport, would have the opportunity to participate, learn and grow in a welcoming team environment.
In 2013 Brad moved to the Tampa Bay Florida area and began his real estate career. Brad is a member of the KWRelocation and KWSports and Entertainment Divisions and holds certifications in the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI), Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and is a BOLD graduate. He is also trained in Home Finding & Destination Services, Home Marketing Assistance, and Relocation Reports.
Outside of Real Estate, Brad supports numerous philanthropic organizations such as the Lightning Foundation, the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the American Lung Association.
His hobbies include but are not limited to the study of physical fitness, the Culinary Arts, Bio-science, and Longevity. Brad also enjoys traveling, sporting events, concerts, and collecting vinyl records.
Brad resides in Tampa with his fiancée, Tonya, and their fur-babies, Icey, and Sasha.
